The most successful Group Coaching visits involve the implementation of lifestyle medicine, which emphasizes preventive care through the adoption of healthy habits. With Group Coaching Visits, patients can learn and receive support from others as they work towards creating their own healthy routine that fits their needs and lifestyle. Group coaching visits offer an evidence-based approach to treating chronic conditions by focusing on self-care, mental obstacles that often stand between you and your health goals, nutrition education specific to your health needs, and even provide you with mind-body tools such as breathing and meditation exercises to manage stress.
